🔧 What You’ll Tackle:

Keep our facilities safe, functional, and looking great

Dive into mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry projects

Troubleshoot issues like a detective and solve them like a pro

Keep athletic fields in tip-top shape (yes, agronomy knowledge is a bonus!)

Ensure we stay on top of safety, regulations, and best practices
💪 What to Expect:

Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (sometimes up to 90 lbs with help)

Working on ladders, roofs, or lifts — we promise, the view’s worth it

A mix of indoor and outdoor work, in all kinds of Wisconsin weather

Moderate to loud environments, so you won’t be stuck behind a silent desk

🎓 What You Bring to the Table:
-
Associate or Technical Degree, or journeyman-level experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing work
-
A valid Wisconsin driver’s license and a solid driving record

Willingness to get certifications like asbestos abatement, pool operator, or pesticide applicator
-
A broad toolbox of skills: HVAC, automation controls, construction methods, athletic field maintenance, and more
-
Patience, adaptability, and a growth mindset — because no two days are the same here
