Position Details
Jackson Elementary School is a vibrant neighborhood school located just down the street from historic Lambeau Field on Green Bay’s West Side. Serving approximately 400 students from grades 3K through 5, Jackson offers a rich blend of programs including Bilingual Education, Early Childhood, and Collaborative 4K and 5K. We believe in fostering a rigorous, meaningful, and engaging learning experience for our students—built on a foundation of strong school-family partnerships.

Staff engage in ongoing professional development, participate in coaching cycles, and work collectively in professional learning communities to support student growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-quality bilingual instruction to fifth-grade students
- Create a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment that supports social, emotional, and academic development
- Assess student progress and use data to guide instruction and individualized support
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff to meet the needs of all learners
- Participate actively in professional learning communities and coaching cycles
- Build strong relationships with families to support student success
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Wisconsin DPI certification in Elementary Education and Bilingual Education, or willingness to obtain
- Spanish language proficiency and experience in bilingual education settings preferred
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, student-centered instruction, and continuous learning
