• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with state and national standards.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and development.

• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and families to enhance student success.

Qualifications:

• Wisconsin DPI Certification in Elementary or Middle School Education.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and instructional skills.
• Passion for student learning and a commitment to fostering academic success.
• Experience with differentiated instruction and student-centered learning preferred.
