St. Francis Xavier Catholic School System is seeking a dedicated Head Coach for our Varisty Softball Team for the 2024-2025 season.

Position Details:

• Season Dates: March 10 - June 6, 2025
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, late afternoons, occasional weekends, and travel to away games.

Application Requirements: Submit a resume highlighting specific softabll coaching experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Inspire, motivate, encourage and develop each student athlete.
• Teach proper techniques, rules, and strategies of softball.
• Model sportsmanship and uphold values of our school system.
• Lead and grow an interscholastic program rooted in educational-based principals for athletics.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge of softball strategies and coaching methods required
• Previous softball coaching experience, preferably in an educational setting
• Ability to collaborate effectively with students, colleagues, parents and community

Compensation: Nominal stipend
