Oakfield High School is seeking a full time English Language Arts teacher starting in August 2024. This position will teach Freshmen and Senior ELA as well as electives as interested. Current offerings for this position include Drama, Communications, and Study of Film. We are flexible in terms of elective offerings.

The School District of Oakfield has been rated by the Department of Public Instruction as one of the best small schools in Wisconsin. The middle and high school are housed in the same building with a 6-12 enrollment of 275 students. The district is a one to one computer device school district. There is a strong tradition of academics, athletics and the community is extremely supportive of academic achievement. It is an expectation that the person selected for this position is a progressive instructional leader who has high academic and behavioral expectations for students. The preferred candidate must understand the importance of positive relationships, be a team player, is involved in school and community activities as well as genuinely enjoys interacting with students on a daily basis.
