Full Time
River Falls High School is seeking an experienced office professional to serve as a School Secretary.

This position is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the school office so that the office’s maximum positive impact on the education of children can be realized. Required qualifications include a high school diploma at a minimum, telephone reception experience, strong human relations and communication skills, computer skills including word processing, ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage diverse personalities, ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality. Preferred qualifications include experience with educational software, and Google Docs and Sheets.

1,968 annual work hours, July 1-June 30; $18.92 base per hour. An excellent benefits package based on full-time employment is co-paid by the employee and school district.
