The Baldwin-Woodville Area School District is now accepting applications for a SCHOOL NURSE to provide support to all three schools. This position would be for 30-40 hours per week while school is in session. The primary role of the School Nurse is to support and advance the health of our students to help increase school success and encourage lifelong learning.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
● Strong interpersonal skills
● Interact positively with students, parents, and staff
● Review/revise/create policies to meet compliance with health requirements, such as immunizations, medication management, and staff trainings
● Enhance the education process and the promotion of an optimal level of wellness for students, families and staff
● Provide case management for students with medical conditions
● Supervise other school health staff

Job Qualifications:
● Bachelor of Science (RN) or Master’s Degree (NP/APRN)
● Licensed by State of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse
● Department of Public Instruction (DPI) School Nurse Certification preferred
● Current AED/CPR and First Aid certification
