The School District of Wild Rose seeks energetic and caring substitute teachers to work in all grade levels with students of all abilities.
  
Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:      
Setting the proper tone for students and maintaining a well-run classroom. The safety of students is a primary goal.
Follow and carry out regular teacher’s lesson plans, ensuring consistency with the teacher’s long-term goals for classroom learning.
Encourage all students of all ability levels to participate and learn.        
Maintain a positive learning environment.      
Supervise students at all times, including while in hallways, cafeterias, playgrounds, and on field trips.    
Maintain complete confidentiality of student and staff information.

Qualifications:  
Hold a bachelor’s degree or an associate degree in any subject, plus a DPI teacher license or substitute permit, OR the ability to obtain a DPI license/permit.
Ability to establish a quick rapport with students.
Flexibility is a must.
Have a desire to work with Wild Rose students and staff.
