Summary: The purpose of the Elementary School Principal position is to build strong relationships to provide successful leadership, organization, and positive decisive energy to facilitate student learning and staff support. Work collaboratively with students, parents, staff, other administrators, and the community to develop and nurture a productive learning environment for all students. Provide supervision, support, and leadership for our curriculum, instruction and assessment programs and related services for students. Assumes leadership responsibility for the total educational program within the school with an emphasis on effective and adaptive instruction.
Education/Experience Required:
Current valid Wisconsin Principal License (or in-process)
A minimum of a graduate degree
Valid Wisconsin driver's license
Preferred five years or more of successful teaching and/or building leadership experience
Preferred two or more years of associate principal, principal, district administrative or supervisory experience in instruction; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of the position

Knowledge of program/budget management
Ability to work in a diverse environment
Advanced current knowledge of technical concepts, processes, and/or procedures
