Competing in athletics and participating in activities is a privilege that students earn by maintaining academic standards and good conduct in the school and greater community. We aim for impeccable customer satisfaction while working to set others up for success while ensuring compliance with governing bodies.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
*Systems - Working Knowledge of: Infinite Campus, Google, Microsoft Office Suite, rSchool, MNS Keys,Service - Telecommunications main point of contact & reception area in office.
*Documentation - Disciplinary letter creation per code of conduct & record keeping, Phy Ed credit replacement forms, coaches handbook updates, Student handbook regarding co-curricular activities updates.
*Compliance - Student eligibility for sports and clubs (forms, physicals, grades, code, transfer/OE).
*Contracts - Manage all documentation concerning schedules, game contracts, officials, bussing, vans usage.
*Permitting - Work Permits + Monthly Report (WI), MHS Student Parking Permits Registration/Assignment.
*Calendar Creation - Parent Event calendar, Website event calendar, Coaches Corner, 1Warrior Nights, etc.
*Brochure/Program Creation - Co-curricular program booklet, Incoming freshmen orientation, Scholarship Recognition, Game day sport rosters and programs, etc.
*Screening Procedures - RDT - maintain database; paperwork associated with testing dates.
* Online Registration - Complete and total coordination while working w/ ESC staff on updates (IC summer).
*Student Management System - Update and maintain student info & awards in Activities History tab in IC.
*Event Planning - Club Fair, Fair at the Fields, Winterizer, Scholar-Athlete Banquet.
*Awards - Student Letters, pins, numerals + distribution to coaches, maintain inventory, purchasing, enter into IC.
*Scheduling Management - rSchool management activities; facilities calendar backup.
*Scholar-Athlete Banquet - Eligibility, certificate creation, event set up, take down and hosting at banquet.
*WIAA Coordination - WIAA scholar athlete eligibility and requirements - coordinate/work with school counselor, coaches WIAA exam and rules video, physical updates, waivers forms etc, Quarterly grade reports for eligibility.
*Admissions/Ticketing - In coordination with bookkeeper, sell for musical, football, basketball, wrestling, etc.
*Staff Operations - event staffing coordinate workers for game management, table workers, etc. Coaches compliance: WIAA exam and rules video, CNLT, Safe Schools; start up and end of season paperwork; coordinate dates for 1Warrior, team pictures, event nights; student emergency forms. Volunteers: work with ESC staff on approval; WIAA exam and rules video, CNLT, Safe Schools. + Key distribution/records for all.
*Communications - Weekly Athletic Bulletin, Guest passes/website management for dances, Senior pictures - send out IC messages; update website information, Utilize a variety of technology/digital communication approaches (parent communications in IC, including maintaining school and 1Warrior web page).
*Rostering - Sport and club rosters - enter into IC, Coaches and advisors directories for WIAA, rSchool, website, IC.
*Historical Records - Champions (conference, regional, sectional, state) - maintain communication to inform superintendent, district media personnel, yearbook advisor; type state qualifier certificates; coordinate champions picture for each season + Efficiently organize and maintain various Activities Office files.
*Transportation Oversight - Work with bus company and coordinate busses, bus confirmations, cancellations, rescheduling for sports.
*Concessions Collaboration - Coordinate with booster clubs/parents for inside concessions room usage, share decision making with MNS concessions coordinator.
*Seasonal Commitments - Duties as assigned by Activities Director.

* Brand Marketing - Help tell our story and promote our 1Warrior image throughout the school & community.

Reports to & Reviewed by: Athletic & Activities Director and/or Principal.
Education/Certification: CAP (IAAP) or PACE (ASAP) Certified, Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
Experience: Background in School Programming (K12public/private,collegiate,preparatory) Leadership Initiatives - Marketing/Communications - Event Planning.
Working Conditions: Exposure to Stress, Prolonged Irregular Hours (Seasonal), MHS = Collaborative Culture & Values Warrior’s Way Mentality (Pride, Respect, Integrity, Humility, Responsibility). The noise level varies in the work environment depending on a given activity and venue.
