JOB REQUIREMENTS:
● Valid driver's license
● Experience working with students with learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, health impairments, autism, and emotional/behavioral disabilities
● Ability to provide support across all learning environments in order to promote safety, personal management, academic, social, and communication skills in students.
● Willingness and comfort level in assisting and toileting student at school
● Ability to lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds
● Ability to swim proficiently and support a student in the water
● Solid clerical, computer, and assistive technology skills preferred
● Ability to manage many tasks at the same time and flexibility is a must!
● Strong interpersonal communication skills required
● High School diploma or equivalent
