The Sauk Prairie School District is seeking Substitute Teachers who hold a teaching license or bachelor’s degree and short-term substitute license. Individuals that hold a bachelor’s degree are encouraged to contact the District Office at (608) 643-5990 or diane.endres@saukprairieschools.org to inquire about training opportunities to support application for DPI licensure. No paper copies will be accepted. After completing your application, please print and complete the Disclosure Statement, Employee Physical Packet, Payroll Forms, and New District Employees Required Trainings available on the District's webpage at the bottom of the page.
