The Ellsworth Community School District is accepting applications for an Elementary Art teaching position. Applicants should have the ability to facilitate the learning of subject matter and/or skills that will contribute to the development of students as mature, able, and responsible young people consistent with the philosophy and goals of the school district. The teacher shall also provide professional leadership and effectively participate in collaborative relationships with staff, community, and students to support and promote the organizational philosophies and goals of the district. Applicants must possess a Wisconsin Department of Instruction license and be certified as required by the State of Wisconsin to teach at the assigned grade level and academic area. A complete job description will be provided upon hire.
This is a full time teaching position beginning with the 2023-2024 school year. Applicants should hold WI DPI licensure to teach Art- 550/1550 Early Childhood through Adolescence.
New hires will be required to attend new staff in-service days in August 2023 along with all required in-service days prior to the start of the 2023-2024 school year. The first day of school for the 2023-2024 school year is August 29, 2023
