Horning Middle School is seeking a 6-8th grade Family and Consumer Science (FCS) Teacher for the 22-23 school year. There are three courses taught: Art & Science of Food; Cook, Eat, Live; and REAL. Horning also operates on an A/B schedule. Horning Middle School has a school-wide house model to meet the academic and social emotional needs of learners. The ideal candidate is interested in providing inclusive practices as a part of a team-oriented culture. This involves planning quality instruction, executing purposeful lessons, and evaluating student-learning outcomes to inform future instructional decisions.
