Oconto Unified School District is seeking a full-time, student-centered Secondary School Counselor with an emphasis on grades 9-12. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing strategies and initiatives to support students in academic achievement and social & emotional development. Qualification Requirements: Master of Arts Degree in School Counseling; Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction School Counseling License; Knowledge of Wisconsin Comprehensive School Counseling Framework; Knowledge of resources to ensure academic, social/emotional, and career development of each student (SEL and ACP); Understanding of ACEs, Trauma-Sensitive Schools, and Mental Health.
