The School District of Spencer is accepting applications for an enthusiastic and dynamic Elementary School Principal. Principal responsibilities include providing educational and instructional leadership to the PreK-5th grade staff and students; promoting a commitment to excellence; promoting a positive, caring, nurturing climate in the school; assisting each staff member in developing the talents of each student; assisting staff members with their professional growth and development; and communicating effectively with all stakeholders including staff, students, parents, and community partners. This is a 12 month position with a 230 day contract.
