The Ellsworth Community School District is accepting applications for the position of Custodian. Applicants should have the ability to maintain all standards of cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and security to ensure the uninterrupted and comfortable operation of the school plant and perform routine maintenance tasks with minimum direction. Applicants must be able to perform work both inside and outside of the buildings and promote a safe, clean environment for students, staff and the general public. Custodial experience preferred. A complete job description will be provided upon hire. The new team member will be working as a part of the custodial team through the summer months with hours from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The shift will then be an afternoon (2:00 pm -10:30 pm) position. Starting wage for the 2021-2022 school year is $20.16 The District offers excellent benefits that include quality health insurance, long term disability, and Wisconsin Retirement System participation.
