Join our Occupational Therapy team serving schools in the CESA#4 region. This is a full-time position for the 2024-25 school year at 180 days per year and follows local school district calendars (approximately middle of August through early June). Occupational therapy assistants provide services and essential support to students under the supervision and direction of licensed occupational therapists as determined by the IEP team.  COTAs implement selected components of interventions/treatment, obtain data related to the interventions provided, and make modifications in selected interventions either to progress the student as directed by the occupational therapist or to ensure student safety and comfort.

Qualifications:

-Occupational Therapy Assistant degree from an  accredited occupational therapy assistant program

- Current COTA state license from the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services and the ability to obtain license from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction 

- Valid driver’s license

 - Pediatric or school-based therapy experience desired

 -Ability to be flexible working with multiple therapists to support students, families and schools across the CESA #4 region
