The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Biology, with preferential consideration given to applicants who have Project Lead the Way (PLTW) experience. Top candidates will demonstrate proficiency in practices that foster collaborative learning and positive relationship-building with students, parents, and colleagues, as well as effective communication and collaboration skills within the science department.
