School Psychologist (Full-Time, Shared Position)

Join Our Team!

Wheatland J1 School District and Westosha Central High School are seeking a dedicated and student-centered School Psychologist to serve in a shared role across both districts. This position offers a unique opportunity to support students across grade levels while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in two supportive and forward-thinking school communities.

In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting students’ academic and social-emotional success. Responsibilities include leading and supporting Child Find efforts, facilitating problem-solving team meetings, contributing to a multi level system of supports, 504 plan development and implementation, and conducting comprehensive evaluations. You will work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff to ensure all students receive the services they need to thrive.

Qualified candidates should demonstrate the following:

  • Experience with Child Find processes and special education evaluation procedures.

  • Strong knowledge and application of problem-solving frameworks, including facilitation of team meetings.

  • Expertise in RTI/MTSS systems, including data analysis and intervention planning.

  • Experience supporting and developing 504 plans.

  • Ability to conduct comprehensive education evaluations and clearly communicate results to families and staff.

  • Strong skills in data-based decision making to support student outcomes.

  • A commitment to high expectations for all students.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, families, and outside agencies.

  • A proactive and flexible approach to supporting diverse student needs across multiple settings.

Desired Licensing Qualifications:

  • Wisconsin DPI School Psychologist License
