CESA 7 is seeking a School Psychologist to provide in-person/virtual services within the Greater Green Bay area. While the preference is for 100% FTE, we will consider 50%-100% FTE options.
Opportunity:
The School Psychologist will function as part of CESA 7's Special Education team, providing comprehensive school psychology to students in multiple school districts.
Duties:
- Lead comprehensive evaluations of students; including the determination of appropriate assessments
- Serve as LEA representative and ensure due process
- Assist in the development of IEPs and 504s
- Administer and interpret assessments deemed appropriate by the IEP/eval team
- Consult with staff and monitor student process as part of an EMLSS system of support
- Create and maintain student records
- Provide support and training to staff regarding behavioral and academic intervention using research-based strategies
- Lead the creation of FBAs and BIPs as part of an IEP team when deemed appropriate
- Promote an understanding of child development and its relationship to learning and behavior
- Management of a caseload that consists of multiple students from multiple districts
