The School District of Antigo is excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to join the team at the brand new John H. Bradley 4K–4 Elementary School. This is a unique chance to help shape the culture, instructional practices, and student experience in a new learning environment designed to support success from the very start of each child’s educational journey.
We are seeking a classroom teacher who is deeply committed to student growth and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate uses data to inform instruction, differentiates to meet diverse learning needs, and creates engaging, student-centered lessons that drive achievement for all learners. Collaboration is key, and this educator will work closely with colleagues to foster a culture of high expectations, shared responsibility, and ongoing professional learning.
A strong understanding of PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) is important, as we are committed to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom and school climate. Experience with or interest in the Leader in Me framework is highly valued, as we aim to empower students to develop leadership skills, take ownership of their learning, and build strong character.
