Marinette School District is searching for a forward-thinking District Administrator who leads with integrity, collaboration, and a deep commitment to “Every Marine Every Day”. As an Early Childhood through Grade 12 district, we are committed to providing learning experiences that enable every student to grow, achieve, and thrive.

The District Administrator will:

• Provide district-wide leadership focused on educational innovation and continuous improvement.

• Oversee administrative functions, including curriculum, pupil services, and district operations.

• Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, including students, families, staff, the community, and the Board of Education.

• Perform additional duties as assigned in a timely, positive, and solution-oriented man

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin Superintendent License (or eligibility).

• Demonstrated successful experience as a Superintendent or senior district leader.
