The Dodgeland School District is a small, rural district located in Dodge County, which is equal distance (about 45 minutes) between Madison, Milwaukee and the Fox Valley. Our students are educated in one preK-12th grade building. All students have access to iPads and each classroom has technology to support innovative teaching practices. Our stage was recently updated with brand new sound/light equipment/curtains for musicals/performances. We have a history of an elementary and a middle/high school musical. Our high school choirs include a traditional choir and “Vox”, a recreational singing ensemble for students to learn simple arrangements of popular music. The District has had an alternative compensation system in place since 2014-2015. This fair, predictable, and generous system is based on professional growth, not student test scores. Furthermore, the District supports the professional growth of our staff.
