Position: Instructional Coach
District: Unified School District of Antigo

The Unified School District of Antigo is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Instructional Coach to join our team! This is an exciting time to be part of our district as we continue to make historic investments in our students, staff, and community.

Position Overview:
The Instructional Coach will work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and instructional teams to enhance classroom instruction, support curriculum initiatives, and improve student outcomes. The coach will model best practices, analyze data to drive instruction, and provide embedded professional development within a PLC framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and enhance teaching practices across grade levels and content areas.

  • Lead data-driven instructional improvement efforts.

  • Provide job-embedded professional development and coaching cycles.

  • Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with teachers and administrators.

  • Model instructional strategies and co-teach as needed.

  • Support the district's PLC work and ensure alignment with Solution Tree frameworks.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum, assessment initiatives, and the integration of high-quality instructional resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education (Master’s Degree preferred).

  • Wisconsin DPI teaching license required; Instructional Coaching certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

  • Strong knowledge of effective instructional strategies, assessment practices, and curriculum development.

  • Experience working in or facilitating a Professional Learning Community (PLC).

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
