This role includes conducting comprehensive evaluations, participating in IEP and problem-solving teams, supporting data-based decision-making, and contributing to inclusive, equitable educational environments across all school settings.

The ideal candidate is flexible, organized, and skilled in building strong relationships while balancing evaluation responsibilities with consultation, systems-level support, and student advocacy.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate:

  • Experience conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students EC–12, including selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation of assessment tools

  • Experience supporting diverse learners and implementing culturally responsive, data-driven practices

  • Understanding of multi-level systems of support (MTSS), including academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions

  • Knowledge of functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention planning (BIPs)

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage timelines and documentation requirements

  • Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of student records and information

  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and caregivers

  • A flexible, student-centered, and team-oriented approach to problem solving

  • A strong belief in equity, inclusion, and the potential of every learner
