Position Details
The Bonduel School District is seeking a dedicated, student-centered High School Counselor to serve grades 9–12 and collaborate with staff. This counselor will work within a professional learning community to advocate for students’ academic, social, and emotional growth while supporting career and college readiness.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide counseling to high school students and share resources with students and families for student mental health and wellness

Create student schedules and assist with academic planning aligned to graduation requirements.

Maintain, monitor, assess graduation requirements for all students, and adjust programming as needed.

Guide students in career exploration and post-secondary planning, including college applications, scholarships, and financial aid.

Organize career readiness activities

Coordinate dates and manage school logistics for state-mandated assessments such as ACT, Pre-ACT, Forward, and AP testing.

Communicate regularly with students and families and build partnerships with community organizations.

Develop and implement required State of Wisconsin Academic and Career Planning Program (ACP)
