Job Description: The Tech Support and Communication Coordinator provides technology assistance, supports district communication efforts, and serves as a liaison for Community Service programs. This role helps maintain effective information flow, strengthens alignment with the district’s strategic plan, and supports smooth operations by assisting with digital tools, communication systems, and coordinated projects across departments.  


Technology Support

  • Assist the tech department with day-to-day operations. 

  • Support digital communication systems such as alerts, websites, and technology platforms

  • Assist with tech needs for district events and community programs

  • Track engagement metrics, calendars, and project milestones

Community Service & Project Support

  • Serve as liaison and primary contact for Aquatics, Kids Klub, and Community Education

  • Support communication, promotion, budgeting, and data tracking

  • Assist program directors with scheduling, logistics, and sharing program highlights.

  • Provide coordination support for district projects, committees, and initiatives.

  • Help maintain district safety plans and assist with crisis communication.

Communication, Marketing & Branding

  • Create district communication for social media, the website, newsletters, and print materials.

  • Support engagement efforts that celebrate students, staff, and community partners

  • Promote consistent branding, templates, and messaging

  • Assist with communications data, content calendars, and staff communication tools

Other duties as assigned 

 

Requirements or Qualifications: 

  • Strong organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in communications, tech support, community education, and project coordination

  • Skilled in writing, editing, creativity, and digital communication

  • Ability to manage websites, social media, and digital tools

  • Forward-thinking, organized, and attentive to detail

  • Collaborative, relationship-centered, and committed to high-quality work

  • 2 or 4-year degree preferred
