Full Time
Edgerton School District is seeking a Help Desk Support Technician with the following qualifications:
1. Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience
2. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
3. Experience with chromebooks
4. Evaluate systems, prioritize workflow, and determine solutions
5. Effective communication skills
6. Ability to articulate technical concepts effectively to nontechnical audiences
7. A strong customer service focus
8. Patience and professionalism
9. A positive attitude
10. Other such qualifications as determined by the Edgerton School District Board of Education
