Position Description for Clinton Community School District, Clinton, Wisconsin
The Clinton Community School District Board of Education in Clinton, Wisconsin, is seeking a highly qualified leader to serve as Superintendent. The Board wishes to have the successful candidate assume the responsibilities of the position by July 1, 2026.
McPherson & Jacobson, L.L.C., Executive Recruitment and Development, has been engaged as the consultant in a search for outstanding candidates. They will assist the Board of Education in identifying and screening the candidates.

Location: Clinton, Wisconsin – 5 miles East of Beloit

4. Educational Leader with a Passion for Teaching and Learning: An educational advocate who understands the classroom experience, supports teacher autonomy, and stays engaged with learning processes that benefit both staff and students.
5. Strategic, Accountable, and Data-Driven Decision-Maker: A strategic and responsible leader who makes informed, data-driven decisions to ensure academic excellence and financial sustainability, even when those decisions are difficult.
6. Culturally Aligned with Rural, Value-Based Communities: A leader who respects and reflects the values of a rural district, engaging meaningfully with the community and fostering a strong, connected school environment.
Salary projection: $170,000- $190,000, commensurate with experience, plus benefits
