The Unified School District of Antigo is seeking qualified and passionate applicants for a Cross-Categorical Special Education teaching position at the Antigo Middle School (Grades 5–9). We are looking for an educator who is student-centered, equity-focused, and committed to building an inclusive learning environment where all learners can thrive.
Position Responsibilities:

Provide specialized instruction and case management for students with disabilities in a cross-categorical setting.

Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), written by our Virtual IEP Writer.

Create a positive, inclusive classroom climate that supports diverse learners.

Use data-driven decision-making and evidence-based practices to maximize student growth.

Serve as an advocate for equity and accessibility in all aspects of the school experience.
