River Falls Public Montessori Elementary (RFPME) is looking for a General Education Paraprofessional beginning with the 2025-26.  Begins approximately August 21, 2025, working 3.0 hours/day 8:30-11:30am, Monday through Friday during the school year. RFPME is looking for individuals who are interested in working in a collaborative environment, with a fun-loving, energetic, and welcoming staff. Our school’s mission is to be a collaborative community that supports the development of intrinsically motivated, inquisitive, critical-thinking citizens who realize their full potential to serve and positively impact the world. By following the Montessori Method, we promote individualized learning through the exploration and inquiry in multi-aged communities to develop the whole child.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and strong human relations skills; must enjoy literature and working with a variety of people; must be willing to undertake new tasks and learn new skills. Completion of at least two years of study at an institution of higher education or obtained an associate’s degree or higher preferred; experience supervising children preferred; strong human relations skills required.
