WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Operate heat press, DTG (Direct-to-Garment), Hat Press, or sublimation equipment.
- Align and load garments accurately to ensure consistent print placement.
- Monitor equipment for quality, adjusting as needed to maintain print standards.
- Cure and finish printed garments according to process requirements.
- Ensure artwork is properly aligned with customer specifications and print standards.
- Work with the event team to follow timelines and schedules.
- Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and accuracy.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on printing equipment and work areas.
- Track and report defective prints or production issues.
- Fold, package, and label completed items for shipment or pickup.
- Organize completed orders and maintain accurate production records.
- Maintain a pleasant and helpful manner when interacting with customers, members, guests, and staff.
- Work as a team member to help meet the goals of serving the community through Greenheck Turner Community Center.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
WORK SCHEDULE
- Primarily school year, summer opportunities available with a flexible schedule.
- Part-time position for one or two days (possibly more depending on orders), averaging 10-15 hours per week.
- $17.00 per hour.
- There are no benefits offered with this position.

WHAT IT TAKES
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Stamina to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Experience with design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of apparel types, fabric behavior, and print methods.
- Previous experience in a print shop, custom apparel, or garment production environment.
- Able to lift, push, and/or carry objects up to fifty (50) pounds.
- Able to work well with staff members, custodians, parents, students, and community groups.
