The School District of Fort Atkinson is accepting applications for a Multilingual Learner Aide.
Candidates must have successful experience working with diverse learners, understanding the unique development of needs of adolescents and aiding in the implementation of differentiated instruction.

Candidates must also:
- Assist the English Learner Teacher and/or classroom teacher through interpretation and translation to reinforce instruction as directed by the teacher.
- Work with English Learner students to meet academic standards.
- Supports students in one-on-one or small groups to reinforce academic instruction.
- Support taught language acquisition strategies to increase English proficiency for students who speak a language other than English at home.
- Communicate with teachers to identify student needs; report to teachers progress of students.
- Prepare a variety of instructional materials for the purpose of assisting teachers in the implementation of curriculum.
- Assist with ACCESS testing
- Demonstrate an understanding of the needs of ELL students
- Work closely with the English Learner Teacher.
