We are seeking applicants for the following position(s).

Exclusive Substitute Teachers
Exclusive Substitutes at the Verona Area School District commit to working 4-5 days per week throughout the school year. With this role, the exclusive substitute is assigned to a home building for the school year, filling in for day-to-day and longer-term absences. Requires a flexible candidate who is willing to fill in for any same day absence and move to different sites if necessary at equivalent grade- level sites.
Health and Dental Insurance eligibility with 4-5 days per week school year commitment
$175 per day for 4/days a week commitment for Exclusive Substitute Teacher assignments
$195 per day for 5/days a week commitment for Exclusive Substitute Teacher assignments
No paid time off, five additional unpaid days may be requested in addition to the scheduled unpaid breaks
Requirements and Expectations:
Candidates with a bachelor’s degree and the ability to obtain a Wisconsin substitute license will be considered. See: https://dpi.wi.gov/tepdl/licensing/types/three-year-substitute
Requires a flexible candidate who is willing to fill in for any same day absence and move to different sites if necessary
Bilingual (Spanish) language skills are a plus
Bilingual (Spanish) skills are prioritized
