We are currently seeking to hire a highly dedicated District Athletic and Activities Manager. Required Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree
-Valid driver’s license
-Minimum of 3 years of successful teaching and/or coaching experience
-Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a school or co-curricular setting
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

-Master’s degree in education, administration, or leadership

-Experience managing athletics and/or co-curricular programs in a public school environment

-Proficiency with scheduling systems, budgeting, and facility logistics
-Bilingual (Spanish) skills and abilities

The candidate will also:

-Demonstrate strong time management, event coordination, and multitasking skills

-Foster positive relationships with students, staff, families, and community organizations

-Model professionalism, inclusivity, and integrity in all interactions

-Remain calm and solutions-focused in dynamic or high-pressure situations

-Support and promote a culture of continuous improvement, sportsmanship, and student engagement
