Job Description: 
The School District of Bonduel is seeking a positive, compassionate, and highly motivated Fifth Grade Teacher for the 2025 - 2026 school year. Applicants should have a passion for creating a supportive learning environment and working as part of a dynamic, knowledgeable team of professionals to support the development of our learners.  

Desired Qualifications: 
- Successful experience working with elementary or middle-aged students 
-Compassion and experience working with students with developmental delays and disabilities 
- Effective and respectful communication to families, colleagues and the community 
- Collaborative with team members to work toward common goals 
- Knowledge of standards-based learning and best practices for providing support to children 
- Understanding of the Professional Learning Community process 
- Strong classroom management skills 
- Willingness to learn and grow as a professional educator through professional learning and feedback 
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to be flexible based on the evidence of learning from students 
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, including effective written and verbal communication 
- Bilingual experience skills are a plus
