The Edgerton High School (EHS) special education position entails working with students and supporting them as they navigate EHS. The desired candidate should possess a commitment to collaboration and reflection within a school community and be dedicated to continuous improvement, possess an ability to adjust instruction based on formative assessment data, the ability to reflect on practice, be someone who creates a positive, stimulating environment that is conducive to learning, have the ability to make reasonable independent judgment and decisions, work productively in a team and also be a self-starter.
