Hadfield Elementary School is hiring a 2nd Grade Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year.

Successful candidates should:
- Demonstrate the use of technology to promote student learning & engagement
- Collaborate with families, colleagues, grade level teams, and members of the school’s Student Services Team regarding student learning goals
- Build positive relationships with children and constructively manage student behavior
- Participate in and contribute to Professional Learning Communities at the school and district level
- Implement evidence-based strategies that support School Improvement Plan goals and expectations in the School District of Waukesha’s Vision of Excellence
Additionally, the successful candidate will:
- Co-plan and co-support with Special Education teachers to meet the needs of all learners
- Provide evidence-based instruction and monitor student progress to close any achievement gaps
- Desire to teach in an urban and/or culturally & linguistically diverse setting
- Possess an unwavering belief and drive for all students to develop the capacity and skills to be community, college and career ready
