Heritage Elementary School Co-Principal - Vacancy ID: 233105

The Co-Principal will collaborate with the current Principal, who is retiring in June 2026, to maintain and grow a safe and positive school culture. The Co-Principal will serve as an instructional leader to secure the best possible educational outcomes for all students.

 

The Co-Principal will partner with building staff to develop and achieve goals that reflect the educational objectives of the district and involve staff in shared decision making.

Qualifications:
- Wisconsin DPI Certification, #51 Principal, required.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff with a shared vision of teaching and learning that leads to student success.
- Prior successful teaching experience, preferably at the elementary school level.
- Five years administrative experience, strong knowledge and experience in curriculum and instruction, professional learning communities, and a strong passion for working with elementary age students.
- Any other qualifications the Board of Education may deem necessary and desirable.
