The following coaching position is available beginning the 2025-2026 school year:

     High School Assistant Football Coach

The Assistant Football Coach at Bloomer High School is responsible for supporting the head coach in all aspects of the high school football program. Key responsibilities include:

·  Practice & Game Preparation: Assist in planning and organizing practice sessions; lead position-specific drills and coach fundamentals on both offense and defense.

·  Player Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to student-athletes, promoting growth in athletic skill, character, and academic success.

·  Communication: Maintain clear, respectful, and effective communication with players, parents, coaching staff, and school personnel.

·  Film & Scouting: Study game film to assess team and individual performance and to assist in developing weekly game plans. Experience with Hudl and Hudl Sideline is preferred.

·  Strength & Conditioning: Support strength, speed, and agility training. Preferred candidates will be available to assist in the weight room during weekday mornings.

·  Program Support: Contribute to a positive, team-first culture within the football program and uphold the values and expectations of Bloomer High School Athletics.

 

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented approach, and a genuine commitment to helping student-athletes succeed both on and off the field.
