M-F 7:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. Summer hours. School year schedule to be determined by school schedule.
Temporary
Position Purpose: To receive, inventory, deploy, install, and maintain district devices to end users. Assists the AV and Computer Technicians to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair district issued devices, displays and other computer peripherals. Responds to tickets and records job progress in the ticketing system. Is a contributing member to a highly functioning team.

7. Is capable of moving and deploying computers, tablets, WiFi devices, and networking hardware.
8. Is able to lift 50lbs and move large loads with the assistance of dollies, hand-trucks, and jacks.
9. Works collaboratively with members of the Operations Team and Infrastructure Teams to support district building technical needs.
10. Is willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges and responsibilities.
11. Prioritizes jobs based on continually changing needs.
12. Assure a smooth transition to end-user operations and provide high levels of customer service and end-user satisfaction within the Green Bay Area Public Schools.
Performs all other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications Required:

Education:High School co-op student with an interest in technology
Experience: 0-1 years’ experience in computer technology support.
Other: Possesses a valid Class D driver’s license

Qualifications Desired:

Education: Currently in school working towards a two year associates degree or four year bachelor’s degree.
Experience: One (1) to two (2) years successful related experience in computer technology support
