JOB TITLE: K-3 Elementary Teacher
REPORTS TO: Building Principal - Sara Dusek
BUILDING: Malone Elementary Campus
START DATE: August 2025
QUALIFICATIONS: Elementary/Middle Level Education (1088, 1083), or Regular Education (1777).
Kindergarten License preferred
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Planning, organizing and providing appropriate learning experience within the assigned
areas of responsibility.
*Establishing and maintaining a classroom or instructional area atmosphere conducive to learning.
*Background in the use of assessments to guide instruction and progress monitor student learning.
*Strong communication skills with parents, students, administration, and co-workers.
*Ability to use technology in the classroom.
*Guide the learning process toward curriculum goals through a variety of instructional techniques, instructional media, and performance assessments.
*Attend professional development opportunities to support instructional practices and pedagogy in current research as assigned.
*Participate in Professional Learning Community (PLC) at building level, district level, and beyond and must be able to work cooperatively with all members of the staff.
*Perform other duties as assigned by the district/building administrator.
