Head Varsity Wrestling Coaching Position
Experience working with student athletes and wrestling is preferred. Qualified applicants must have the ability to motivate student athletes and the ability to work cooperatively with administrators, coaches, parents and student athletes. The coach will be able to teach the technical and tactical aspects of wrestling as well as help build the capacity of being a student and an athlete.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Positively leading our entire wrestling program and coaching staff in all aspects
- Organizing and facilitating practices and meets while maximizing and maintaining health & safety
- Effectively communicate with parents, participants and fellow coaches
- Ability to plan and execute skills and training programs specific for the level of athlete
- Prepare student-athletes for competition in a safe and healthy environment
- Oversee the daily maintenance and cleaning of the wrestling room and repair of equipment
- Have appropriate ethical behavior and instill those behaviors in our athletes
- Maintain a positive working relationship with the youth wrestling programs offering them guidance
