Duties Performed:

• Establish relationships with students 

• Lead online learning for students in grades 5-8

• Manage and organize Flexpoint content courses (Math, Science, Social Studies, Language Arts) through Genius and BUZZ.

• Conduct daily zoom meetings for community building (morning meeting), small group, whole group and individualized instruction.

• Assess student learning on curriculum and provide feedback

• Proctor state and district assessments

• Communicate with students and families

Special Skills Recommended: 

• Knowledge of online learning platforms and student information systems like Skyward, Genius and BUZZ

• Strong communication skills

• Organized

Required license Number: 

• Must have a license to teach 1 through 8th grade or be able to obtain licensure

Work Schedule of the Position: School year .5 FTE online position
