Beaver Dam Middle School Principal
License: WI Principal License (5051) required including a Master’s Degree and administrative experience.
Terms of Contract: 12-month 260-day contract with four (4) weeks vacation
Start Date: July 1, 2025

Salary Range: $122,000 - $132,000
The Beaver Dam Unified School District is seeking an accomplished, visionary leader for the position of Principal at Beaver Dam Middle School. We are looking for an individual who has a proven track record in educational leadership, closing achievement gaps, and fostering a positive school culture. The ideal candidate will be deeply committed to educational excellence and have the expertise to ensure that all students are prepared for high school by the end of their middle school experience.
The successful candidate will bring strong knowledge and experience in key areas such as continuous improvement, professional learning communities (PLCs), response to intervention (RTI), and restorative practices. This leader will also be able to effectively engage students, staff, families, and the broader community to collaborate toward achieving excellence in education.
About Beaver Dam Middle School:
Beaver Dam Middle School serves over 600 students and is supported by more than 60 full-time staff members. With the recent approval of a referendum, the school will be moving into a new facility located on a 60-acre community campus, with an expected completion date of Fall 2027. This is an exciting time for the school and the community, and we’re looking for a dynamic leader who can guide the school through this transformation.
