About the Position:
The Richland School District is seeking full-time teachers for the R-SSEE School, a new initiative designed to support students needing additional social-emotional learning, mental health support, and executive functioning skills. This innovative program will serve multi-grade classrooms with a focus on smaller class sizes and individualized support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach in a multi-grade self-contained classroom (e.g., Grades 1-2, Grades 4-5, or Grades 7-8)
• Provide grade-level content while focusing on social and executive functioning skills
• Collaborate with grade-level peers to ensure student success


Qualifications:
• Must hold or be able to obtain a teaching license in Alternative Education from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction
• Preferred: Familiarity with conversational Spanish
• Desired: Experience with social-emotional learning and mental health supports
