CESA 7 is seeking a tech-savvy, creative professional to join our Learning Services team.
Opportunity:
Opportunity:
Work to assist the Learning Services team in providing high quality services to schools through clerical duties, communication with customers, event related services, booking, etc.
Duties:
Duties:
- Assist with organizing and managing:
- Program materials, supplies and equipment
- Department budget data
- Schedules for consultants
- Assist with developing:
- Contracts with vendors, speakers and instructors
- Budgets and calculation of fees for events
- Contracts with facilities
- Assist with organizing:
- Materials for events
- Set-up needs for events (room arrangements, equipment)
- Travel and lodging needs for speakers
- Assist with processing grants and other documents
- Assist with the creation of marketing messages and materials
- Complete data entry, including tracking district contract and grant days

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in the Google suite of tools
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Associates degree or equivalent in administrative experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office and Google suite of tools
- Proficiency in data entry and database management
- Working knowledge of Canva or other graphic design software
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or technology
