The School District of La Crosse is accepting applications for a High School Principal at Logan High School beginning in the 2025-2026 school year.  Projected start date:  July 1, 2025

ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVES:
To fully utilize leadership, supervisory and administrative skills so as to promote the maximum educational development of each child.

POSITION CHARACTERISTICS:
Recruited by: Director of Human Resources
Salary: Set annually by the Board of Education/Superintendent
Length of Contract: 12/24 months

POSITION RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to: Associate Superintendent of Instruction, Director of Secondary Education
Coordinates with: All Administrators
Supervises Directly: All personnel in building

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Required experience and training:
Appropriate State of Wisconsin administrator certification (5051)

B. Preferred experience and training:
Education beyond Master’s Degree
Five (5) years successful teaching experience and administrative experience

C. Special requirements for the position:
Excellent communication, supervisory, instructional and management skills
Demonstrated strong leadership ability
