The Pepin Area School District, which is nestled along the shores of Lake Pepin and the Mississippi River along the Great River Road, is seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher with a Wisconsin DPI Grades 1-9 certification to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with Wisconsin state standards.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to support student success.
• Integrate technology and hands-on learning experiences into the curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Valid Wisconsin DPI Grades 1-9 certification (or ability to obtain certification).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for student growth and learning.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in elementary or middle school teaching.
• Familiarity with RtI and differentiated instruction strategies.
• Experience integrating technology in the classroom.
• Mathematics background.
